A passionate scholar of Japanese cuisine and the world of beverages, he holds several personal certifications, most notably the Japanese Culinary Proficiency Certificate from the World Sushi Skills Institute (WSSI/Japan). The son of a talented cook, he has been leading Haru’s growth since 2014.
